enough with the culture of cooking competition! Food is, first of all, a moment of encounter, of confrontation, exchange and gift, an opportunity for opening the senses and rediscover the beauty of slowness. Participants, divided into groups, will learn to cook helping each others and sharing the available material: a group class of responsible and environmentally friendly cooking, attentive to the other and to one's own palate!

guided tour – or meeting with a privileged witness – of local cooperative realities. The aim is to provide participants with a general overview of the variety of Trentino's cooperative system, composed of social and consumer cooperatives, as well as credit and agricultural ones, etc.

a journey to discover not only Trentino's cooperative movement, but also the Italian and international ones (through history, principles and values, as well as case study analysis of some successful cooperative experiences)

a short but important experience of direct observation into the different sectors of Trentino's cooperative movement: a precious way to put into practice cross-disciplinary competences, to experiment team work and problem solving, and to better know one self in situations different from usual ones. All together – or in small groups – participants have the opportunity to observe the internal mechanism of different cooperatives and to better know cooperative values and principles, also taking part to easy practical and organisational activities.

The programme may be subject to change depending on the number of participants and other factors. All changes will promptly appear on this website.
